Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Any request for cancellations of orders, for which the payment is made, shall not be entertained.

2. If there is any damage to the books delivered, the intimation should be made immediately by phone and email. The books should be returned to SR MB Office in the same condition within one week of receipt of the books.
